This is a sample weekly class schedule for the Intensive English program.
Classes meet for 20 hours per week.
There are four classes per day: writing, reading, grammar, and oral communication skills.

In addition to regular classes, students have the opportunity to:

  • Attend special elective classes on topics such as Madison Museums, Fair Trade Coffee, Drama and Film, and TOEFL Preparation.
  • Attend campus academic lectures and participate in post-lecture discussions with peers and teachers.
  • Experience cultural and seasonal activities including sporting events, field trips, picnics, and holiday parties.
  • Sign up for a conversation partner through the GUTS / HASH Program.
